After graduating from Westminster College, Bob Lewis has spent the last 25 years in senior hotel executive positions initially at Grand Metropolitan Hotels (now Diageo) where he held the position of Finance Director for the Metropolitan Division, before moving on to Inter Continental Hotels as Vice President Development for Europe, Africa and the Middle East. For the last 15 years Bob was founder and Director of International Hotel Property Services at PKF, involved in hotel transactions with a total value in excess of £1 billion. |
The transactions include the sale of prestigious hotels such as the Marbella Club, Puente Romano, Princessa Sofia and Torrequebrada Hotels in Spain, and the Portman, Churchill, and Metropolitan Hotels in London. Bob has completed assignments in the following countries; UK, France, Germany, Holland, Belgium, Czech Republic, Spain, Portugal, Sri Lanka, Cyprus, Seychelles, USA, Scandinavia, Estonia, Ukraine, Russia, Egypt, Kenya, Israel, and most Middle Eastern Countries.
